为加快建设交通强国、数字中国，推动综合交通运输大数据的价值要素赋能综合交通运输系统的一体化与高质量发展，由世界交通运输大会运输规划学部、综合交通运输大数据应用技术交通运输行业重点实验室（北京交通大学）共同主办“综合交通大数据应用与展望论坛”，邀请行业专家，共襄盛会，汇聚众力，通过分享综合交通大数据在各行业的应用现状和前沿成果，共同探讨综合交通大数据在交通运输各领域的发展展望，充分挖掘和发挥综合交通大数据在综合交通运输系统一体化与高质量发展中的重要作用与潜在价值。

【Introduction】：Shi Jing, an engineering doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Civil Engineering of Tsinghua University, director of the Institute of Transportation Design, deputy director of the Institute of Transportation of Tsinghua University, and head of the road and railway discipline. Director of the Digital Transportation Future Technology Research Center, Wuxi Institute of Applied Technology, Tsinghua University. Member of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education for the Transportation Specialty of Colleges and Universities, and Chairman of the Transportation Culture and Education Discipline of the WTC Transportation Planning Department. He has the qualification of a registered professional engineer (technician in the road sector) from the Japanese construction department and a registered professional engineer (civil engineering) from the Asia Pacific Economic and Trade Cooperation (APEC).

【专家简介】曹剑东，工学博士，研究员，国家注册咨询工程师（投资）、注册数据安全工程师，交通运输行业中青年科技创新领军人才。2008年毕业于清华大学，现任交通运输部科学研究院交通信息研究中心总工程师、综合交通运输大数据应用技术交通运输行业重点实验室主任。2015年以来主持或参与完成省部级以上重大课题20多项，获省部级科技奖励一等奖4项、二等奖1项，公开出版学术专著11部，发表学术论文40余篇，编制行业标准10余项

【Introduction】Cao Jiandong, Ph.D. in Engineering, researcher, national registered consulting engineer (investment), registered data security engineer, and young and middle-aged technology innovation leader in the transportation industry. Graduated from Tsinghua University in July 2008, currently serving as the Chief Engineer of the Transportation Information Research Center of the Ministry of Transport Research Institute and the Director of the Key Laboratory of Comprehensive Transportation Big Data Application Technology in the Transportation Industry. Since 2015, I have led or participated in the completion of more than 20 major projects at the provincial and ministerial levels. I have won 4 first prizes, 1 second prize, and 1 third prize in provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. I have publicly published 11 academic monographs, published more than 40 academic papers, and formulated more than 10 industry standards.

【专家简介】正高级工程师，近年来从事综合交通大数据研发工作，在服务国家公交优先发展战略、保障重大节假日人民安全便捷出行、面向数字经济主战场建设等方面取得了系列成果，先后主持参加国家重点研发课题近10项，主编9项行业智能化标准，主持研发10多项大数据分析系统。荣获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1项、省部级奖励11项，是中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会代表，获“全国三八红旗手称号”、“交通运输青年科技英才”等称号。

【Introduction】As a senior engineer, he has been engaged in the research and development of comprehensive transportation big data in recent years. He has achieved a series of achievements in serving the national public transportation priority development strategy, ensuring safe and convenient travel for people on major holidays, and facing the construction of the main battlefield of the digital economy. He has successively led and participated in nearly 10 national key research and development projects, edited 9 industry intelligent standards, and led the development of more than 10 big data analysis systems. He has won one second prize of the National Award for Science and Technology Progress and 11 provincial and ministerial awards. 【专家简介】副教授，运输规划学部技术委员会联合主席，《交通运输工程学报》青年编委，入选2020-2022年度中国公路学会“青年人才托举工程”。主要研究出行行为分析与需求预测、综合交通大数据挖掘与应用、激光雷达数据处理与应用、协同式车联网。主持包括国家自然科学基金在内的科研项目5项，发表学术论文50余篇、授权国家发明专利5项、软件著作权5项，获中国交通运输协会、中国城市轨道交通协会等科技进步奖一等奖两项。

【Introduction】Associate Professor, Co-Chair of the Technical Committee of the Department of Transportation Planning, Youth Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Transportation Engineering, selected for the "Youth Talent Nurturing Project" by the China Highway Society for the years 2020-2022. Main research areas include travel behavior analysis and demand prediction, comprehensive mining and application of transportation big data, processing and application of LiDAR data, and cooperative intelligent transportation systems. Has led 5 research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, published over 50 academic papers (including more than 20 SCI/SSCI papers), obtained 5 granted national invention patents and 5 software copyrights, and won two first prizes for scientific and technological progress from the China Transportation Association and the China Urban Rail Transit Association.
