【专家简介】担任交通运输部“绿色金融支持交通运输碳达峰碳中和研究”课题组成员,IEEEPES碳中和分委会常务理事,中国公路学会低碳委员会副秘书长、交能融合委员会委员,世界交通运输大会交通运输碳达峰碳中和与可持续发展分论坛发起人。领导低碳可持续发展团队,立足于“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标,开展“双碳”产品及服务创新工作,完成多项双碳”路径规划与核证、低碳解决方案、标准与评价、碳资产管理与碳市场交易培训等服务业务。

【Introduction】Served as a member of the research group of the Ministry of Transport on "green finance to support transport carbon peak carbon neutrality research", the standing director of the IEEEPES carbon neutrality sub committee, the deputy secretary-general of the Low Carbon Committee of the Chinese Highway Society, a member of the Transportation Integration Committee, and the initiator of the World Transport Conference Transport Carbon Peak carbon neutrality and Sustainable Development sub forum. 【报告精华】交通与新能源融合具有天然资源耦合禀赋,是“四网”融合中的基础网构成。在国家“双碳”目标下,如何对路域新能源的资源有效识别是开发、建设可盈利的基础能源投资项目的关键。同时,各类项目在规划、设计、开发与运营过程中依然面临众多技术、质量及可靠性方面的问题。如何确保项目的高质量设计、开发、建设、运营是本报告的重点,并希望由此为交通行业新能源开发类型、设备引入、运维养管能力提升提供标准支撑和技术保障。

【Report Summaries】The integration of transportation and new energy has natural advantages,It’s an important part in Four network convergence.Effective identification of resources of transportation new energy is a key factor in basic energy investment projects,especially in exploitation,construction and profitability. There are still some problems on technology, quality and reliability difficulties during design, development, construction and operation.How to ensure high-quality design, development, construction and operation of the project is the focus of this report, which is expected to provide standard support and technical support for new energy development types, equipment introduction, operation, maintenance and management capacity improvement in the transportation industry.

【专家简介】博士,教授,北京交通大学环境学院党委书记。近五年承担包括国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、“863”子课题、总理基金课题等近十项国家级项目。发表论文100余篇,Google Scholar累计被引1600余次,作为第一发明人获得授权发明专利13项,获中国智能交通协会科技奖一等奖、教育部科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)二等奖,入选交通运输部交通运输行业中青年科技创新领军人才等。

【Introduction】Ph.D., professor, Dean of the School of Environment at Beijing Jiaotong University. He has undertaken almost ten national level projects (including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Plan, the "863" sub project, and the Premier's Fund project) in the past five years. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed journal papers, and Google Scholar has been cited for more than 1600 times. As the first inventor, he has won 13 authorized invention patents, the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association, the second prize of the Science Technology Improvement Award of Science Research Famous Achievement Award in Higher Institution. He has been selected as a youth science and technology innovation leader in the transportation industry from the Ministry of Transport.

【报告精华】近百年来,道路交通网和以油、电、气为代表的能源网都得到了长足发展。“碳达峰、碳中和”的背景下,为交通网和能源网融合发展赋予了新的科技含义和使命。在道路交通电气化不断加速的进程中,无论油、电、氢、混多态能源驱动交通侧,还是风、光等不稳定供给能源侧,供需两侧同时进行着深刻变革。未来需要重点在交通流能耗时空演变规律表征、道路交通和能源网络协同规划设计、交通网能源网协同运行管控与韧性提升三个方向进行突破。

【Report Summaries】In the past hundreds years, the road traffic network and the energy network represented by oil, electricity and gas have been greatly developed. Under the background of " Double Carbon ", the integrated development of transportation network and energy network has been endowed with new scientific and technological meaning and mission. In the process of accelerating road traffic electrification, both sides of supply and demand are undergoing profound changes at the same time, no matter the transportation side driven by oil, electricity, hydrogen, and mixed multi state energy, or the unstable energy supply side such as wind and light. In the future, we need to focus on three directions: the characterization of the spatiotemporal evolution law of traffic flow energy consumption, the collaborative planning and design of road traffic and energy networks, and the management and control of the coordinated operation of transportation networks and energy networks.

【Introduction】Doctor, Professor of Engineering,General manager of Zhejiang HJE Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the research of photovoltaic cells, testing and certification for nearly 20 years. He is a member of the 7th National Solar PV Energy System Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC90). 【Introduction】Mr. He Weiping was awarded the Top Ten Outstanding Figures of Highway in China and served as a member of the 11th and 12th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Mr. He Weiping is committed to developing advanced engineering materials and researching and promoting application technologies, has translated and published nearly ten professional books, and promoted enterprises to participate in the 6 kinds of work for the Secretariat of the National Standardization Technical Committee, involving water affairs, color, asphalt concrete, fiber composite materials and environmental protection water treatment equipment and other fields. He has developed and co-developed nearly 100 national, industrial and local standards, presided over more than 50 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects; 129 patents have been authorized. He has won many national and provincial science and technology progress awards. He is currently the director of Oceanpower National Postdoctoral Enterprise Workstation.

【报告精华】基于“双碳”目标下交通运输绿色发展和“交通强国”建设的背景下,积极开展低碳可持续技术创新,其中开发一种净味沥青混凝土解决方案,从净味沥青作用机理、净味评价检测方法、国家标准制订及工程应用等方面进行简要介绍。 在加强复合材料应用在交通领域的精神上,首次在混凝土护栏中采用玻纤复材筋代替钢筋,SS级玻纤复材筋混凝土新型桥梁护栏凭借长寿命、降载、降本、减排等优势已在广东、云南多个高速工程中应用。

【Report Summaries】With the background of green development of transportation and construction of a "Transportation Power" under the "Double Carbon" goal, actively developing low-carbon sustainable and innovative technologies, the new solution for no-smell asphalt concrete, introduction of the mechanism, evaluation, testing methods, development of national standards and engineering applications for no-smell asphalt. To strengthen application of composite materials in transportation, for the first time, glass fiber reinforced polymer rebars are used in lieu of steel rebars in concrete guardrails. The new bridge guardrails reinforced with SS-grade glass fiber reinforced polymer rebars feature long service life and reductions in load, cost and emission. The advantages have been observed in many highway projects in Guangdong and Yunnan.

【专家简介】中交第二公路勘察设计研究院工程技术研究院主任工程师、绿色低碳技术中心主任,正高级工程师,注册土木(岩土)工程师,长期从事公路勘察设计、科研及标准编制工作。湖北省土木建筑学会专家委员会专家、中国工程建设标准化协会“双碳”专家委员会青年委员。主编和参编多部行业标准、团体标准,授权专利二十余项,发表论文三十余篇,获中国公路学会科学技术一等奖、湖北省科技进步一等奖、河南省科技进步二等奖等奖项荣誉。

【Introduction】Chief Engineer of Engineering Technology Research Institute of CCCC Second Highway Consultants Co., Ltd., Director of Green and Low Carbon Technology Center, Senior Engineer, Registered Civil (Geotechnical) Engineer, has long been engaged in highway survey and design, scientific research and standard preparation. Expert of the Expert Committee of Hubei Civil Engineering and Construction Society, and youth member of the "Double Carbon" Expert Committee of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association. 【报告精华】随着我国“碳达峰、碳中和”行动地深入开展,交通领域的碳排放控制将逐渐提上日程。公路建设作为一项系统工程,具有能源消耗高、建设周期长环境扰动大等特点。值得一提的是,沥青路面施工作为公路建设周期中能源、设备消耗较为集中的环节,其碳排放量及减排措施受到广泛关注。报告对当前沥青路面低碳化技术的研究与应用现状做了较为全面的介绍,对未来沥青路面低碳化技术发展方向进行了展望。

【Report Summaries】With the in-depth development of China's "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" action, carbon emission control in the transportation sector will gradually be put on the agenda. As a systematic project, highway construction has the characteristics of high energy consumption and long construction period and large environmental disturbances. It is worth mentioning that asphalt pavement construction, as a relatively concentrated link in the energy and equipment consumption of the highway construction cycle, has received widespread attention for its carbon emissions and emission reduction measures. The report makes a comprehensive introduction to the current research and application status of asphalt pavement low-carbon technology, and looks forward to the future development direction of asphalt pavement low-carbon technology.
