专家简介(Introduction)

路桥高级工程师,从事公路交通事业40余年,主持广东省高速公路及特大型桥梁设计多项,历任广东省公路勘察规划设计院队长、总工室主任、广东省交通运输厅科长、副处长、处长、副厅长。曾任广东省人民政府参事,政协广东省委员会第九届委员、第十届常委,中国公路学会第七届、第八届常务理事,中国公路学会桥梁和结构工程分会第七届副理事长,广东省公路学会第七、第八届理事长;现任广东省交通运输厅技术顾问、广东省公路学会专家委员会主任。被聘为港珠澳大桥技术专家组、港珠澳大桥珠海连接线技术专家组、虎门二桥技术专家组及深中通道技术专家组专家。获广东省科技奖及中国公路学会科技奖多项。

Senior Road and Bridge Engineer, who has been engaged in highway transportation for more than 40 years, has presided over the design of many expressways and super large bridges in Guangdong Province, and has successively served as the leader of Guangdong Highway Survey, Planning and Design Institute, the director of the chief engineer's office, the section chief, deputy director, director and deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation. He used to be a Counselor of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, a member of the 9th and 10th Standing Committee of the CPPCC Guangdong Provincial Committee, the 7th and 8th Executive Directors of China Highway Society, the 7th Vice Chairman of the Bridge and Structural Engineering Branch of China Highway Society, and the 7th and 8th Chairmen of Guangdong Highway Society; At present, he is the technical consultant of the Department of Transportation of Guangdong Province and the director of the expert committee of Guangdong Highway Society. He was employed as a technical expert group of Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge, a technical expert group of Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge Zhuhai Link, a technical expert group of Humen Second Bridge and a technical expert group of Shenzhen Zhongshan Corridor. It has won many awards of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award and China Highway Society Science and Technology Award.

卢正宇,男,教授级高级工程师,兼任华南理工大学校外硕士导师。长期从事高速公路建设、施工、监理、检测与咨询的科技研发与工程实践,主持的两项大型高速公路建设项目获“鲁班奖”并荣获多项省部级荣誉。获“广东省十一五高速公路建设项目十大优秀项目经理”荣誉称号。主持的多项科技研究成果获中国公路学会、广东省公路学会科技进步奖。发表论文10余篇,出版学术专著3部。

LU Zhengyu, male, professor-level senior engineer, master tutor of South China University of Technology. He has been engaged in scientific and technological research and development and engineering practice of expressway construction, construction, supervision, testing and consultation for a long time. He has presided over two large-scale expressway construction projects and won the "Luban Award" and a number of provincial and ministerial honors. Won the honorary title of "Ten Outstanding Project Managers of Guangdong Highway Construction Projects during the 11th Five-Year Plan Period". He presided over a number of scientific and technological research achievements won the China Highway Society, Guangdong Province Highway Society Science and technology progress Award. He has published more than 10 papers and 3 academic monographs.

公路不单是社会的一种公共基础设施,也是投资建设方一笔规模庞大的资产,涵盖了投资建设成本、使用价值以及全生命周期内的资产保持与升值。公路养护管理实质为采取一定的技术方法,实现公路资产价值的利用、保持与提升。合理的设计、施工和养护维修技术是资产保持和基本性能与增加功能提升的重要保障。面向未来,公路资产在能源、资源和社会服务功能方面的资源化和储备特性,显示出公路养护管理由资产化到资源化的必然发展趋势。

Despite being widely acknowledged as a public infrastructure, the highway should be valued as a significant asset of the government or relevant businesses, as a result of its function in the investment and construction costs, high usage value, and asset maintenance and enhancement throughout the entire life cycle. To successfully utilize, maintain and enhance the highway asset value, the key is to adopt certain technical methods towards successful highway maintenance management. Therefore, it is a priority to effectively design, construct and maintain this asset. By recognizing the potential of the highway to reserve energy, create resources and provide social services, the highway maintenance management will inevitably illustrate the trend of more effective use of the resource potentials in its development.

工学博士,教高,全国劳动模范。现任北京市政路桥集团首席技术专家,交通运输部公路交通节能与环保技术及装备行业研发中心(北京)主任,全国交通工程设施(公路)中国公路学会标准化技术委员会委员。曾获“交通运输部百名优秀工程师”、“交通运输部青年科技英才”、“交通运输部劳动模范”等荣誉称号,承担科技项目30余项,编制标准15项,授权发明专利20项。2次荣获国家科学技术进步二等奖,3次荣获北京市科学技术进步奖。

Doctor of Engineering, Professor level Senior Engineer, National Model Worker. At present, she is the chief technical expert of Beijing Municipal Road and Bridge Group, director of the Research and Development Center (Beijing) for Highway Traffic Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Transport, and a member of the Standardization Technical Committee of China Highway Society for National Traffic Engineering Facilities (Highway). She has won the honorary titles of "One Hundred Excellent Engineers of the Ministry of Transport", "Young Scientific and Technological Talents of the Ministry of Transport", "Model Worker of the Ministry of Transport", etc. She has undertaken more than 30 scientific and technological projects, prepared 15 standards and authorized 20 invention patents. She has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award twice and the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award three times.

工学博士,教授级高工。现任广东省交通集团高速公路养管中心总工程师。中国公路学会养护与管理分会理事、广东省公路学会监事。公开发表论文二十余篇;二十余次在全国性公路工程技术研讨会、学术活动等进行主题宣讲;参与《公路路基养护技术规范》《公路隧道养护技术规范》 等5项行业标准编写及863计划项目等十余项课题研究;获省部级科学技术奖励4项,拥有3项实用新型专利。

Director of Maintenance and Management Branch of China Highway Society, and Supervisor of Guangdong Highway Society. Publicly published more than 20 papers; delivered more than 20 keynote speeches at national highway engineering technology seminars and academic activities; participated in the compilation of 5 industry standards including "Technical Specifications for Highway Subgrade Maintenance" and "Technical Specifications for Highway Tunnel Maintenance". 讲座结合当前公路养护管理现状,分析了公路信息化、智慧化、科学化相对滞后的具体表现,提出在大力发展智慧公路的同时,智慧养护更应值得重视。公路智慧养护与道路安全、通畅、提质增效、可持续发展等关联度大,是智慧公路发展的动力和基础保障。在公路智慧养护体系方面,基于当前养护管理工作的痛点和难点,从服务对象体系构建、信息管控平台构建和政策支撑平台构建三方面,提出了构建的组成要素及相互关系。最后,结合广东高速公路智慧养护进展情况,介绍了养护科学决策、车载智慧巡查、无人机智能巡检、重点桥隧智能监控等方面的应用。

The lecture combined with the current situation of highway maintenance management, analyzed the specific performance of highway informatization, wisdom and scientific relatively lagging behind, and proposed that while vigorously developing wisdom highway, wisdom maintenance should be worth more attention. Highway wisdom maintenance and road safety, smooth, improve quality and efficiency, sustainable development and other correlation, is the driving force and basic guarantee of the development of wisdom highway. In terms of highway wisdom maintenance system, based on the current maintenance management pain points and difficulties, from the service object system construction, information control platform construction and policy support platform construction three aspects, put forward the construction of the components and interrelationship. Finally, the application of scientific decision making, vehicle wisdom inspection, intelligent inspection by drones and intelligent monitoring of key bridges and tunnels are introduced in the context of the progress of Guangdong highway wisdom maintenance.

工学博士,博士后经历,路桥教授级高工。现为广东华路交通科技有限公司首席专家、总工程师、广东省十四届人大代表、广东省十四届人大财政经济委员会副主任委员,兼任全国沥青砼标准化技术委员会副主任委员、长安大学博士生导师、东南大学博士生导师。曾获“广东省劳动模范”、“全国优秀科技工作者”、“中国公路百名优秀工程师”等荣誉称号。近年来共主持完成了省部级科技项目二十余项,获得各类科学技术奖13项,取得国家专利技术20余项,出版专著1部,公开发表学术论文100余篇。

D.E., has the post-doctoral experience and the road and bridge professional professor-level senior engineer qualification. At present, he is the chief expert and chief engineer of Guangdong Hualu Traffic Technology Co., LTD.,the 14th People's Congress of Guangdong Province,vice chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Guangdong Province.He is also the deputy director of National Asphalt Concrete Standardization Technical Committee, doctoral supervisor of Chang 'an University and Southeast University. He has been honored with the titles of "Model Worker of Guangdong Province", "National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker" , "One Hundred Outstanding Highway Engineers of China" and so on. 公路路面养护质量的提升离不开路面使用性能全面而又准确的检测评估、路面病害处治方案合理而又精准的设计,以及路面养护施工方便而又及时的质量监控。针对目前公路路面养护高质量发展面临的智慧需求,介绍了基于数字全息三维检测技术的路面使用状况检测评估、路面全息三维检测数据的智慧应用,以及路面养护工程施工质量的智慧化监控。

The improvement of highway pavement maintenance quality is inseparable from the comprehensive and accurate detection and evaluation of pavement performance, the reasonable and accurate design of pavement disease treatment scheme, and the convenient and timely quality monitoring of pavement maintenance engineering construction.In view of the intelligent demand of the high quality development of highway pavement maintenance, the paper introduces the detection and evaluation of pavement service condition based on digital holographic three-dimensional detection technology, the intelligent application of holographic three-dimensional detection data of pavement, and the intelligent monitoring of the construction quality of pavement maintenance engineering.

沥青路面智能养护决策是人工智能与道路工程的交叉融合,是智慧交通基础设施的重要组成。该报告基于系统研究,总结分析了沥青路面智能化养护决策六大关键技术,智能无损检测技术、检测大数据清洗技术、路域服役性能预测技术、病害成因量化分析技术、多目标多层级养护决策技术,实现对路面养护时机、方法、工艺、材料的综合设计,形成高效、耐久、低碳的养护方案,建立一体化智能养护决策管理系统,并取得了良好的工程应用。

Intelligent maintenance decision-making of asphalt pavement is the interdisciplinary and fusion of artificial intelligence and road engineering, which is an important component of intelligent transportation infrastructure. This presentation summarized and analyzed six key technologies for intelligent maintenance decision-making of asphalt pavement based on systematic research, including intelligent non-destructive testing, big data cleaning, pavement service life prediction, distress causes quantitative analytical methods, multi-objective, and multi-level maintenance decision-making. The report realizes comprehensive design of pavement maintenance timing, methods, process, and materials, forming efficient, durable, and low-carbon emission maintenance program. The integrated intelligent maintenance decision-making management system is established and has achieved good engineering success. 专家简介(Introduction)

中山大学教授。华中科技大学学士,普林斯顿大学博士。曾担任美国能源部橡树岭国家实验室博士后,佛蒙特大学助理教授和副教授, 获得终身教职。谈老师在基础设施材料, 实验力学等领域发表文章70余篇,出版中英文专著4部,指导博士/硕士研究生10余人。申请人主持及参与过研究项目来源包括广东省基础与应用基础重点研究项目,美国交通部和美国能源部基础设施耐久性研究项目。

Professor Tan is a faculty member in Sun Yat-Sen University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a PhD from Princeton University. Before joining SYSU, he has been a postdoctoral research associate in U.S. Department of Energy Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Assistant Professor and Tenured Associate Professor in the University of Vermont. Dr. Tan focuses on original research in synergizing fundamental study and practical needs on durability of infrastructure. His research has been supported by Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, US Department of Transportation, US Department of Energy etc.

Adhesion Between Aggregates and Asphalt Binders Investigated by Particle Probe Scanning Force Microscopy

本报告首先介绍颗粒扫描显微镜,包括矿物微颗粒探头的研发,测量了矿物微颗粒(碳酸钙、二氧化硅和氧化铝)和不同基质及改性沥青间的粘结力。同时,分子动力学模拟被用来研究拉伸速率对矿物-沥青界面粘结力的影响。结果展现了不同拉伸速率范围矿物-沥青界面粘结力的响应方式,揭示了不同矿物-沥青界面的微观结构变化和不同组分的破坏边界,结果与理论模型预测一致。

In this work, particle probe scanning force microscopy was introduced, including the creation of different particle probes (calcium carbonate, silica and alumina), and measurements of adhesion between particle probes and different virgin and modified asphalt binders. Meanwhile, molecular simulation was performed to investigate effects of loading rates on the mineral-binder interfacial adhesion. Results exhibited distinctive responses between aggregate minerals and asphalt binders at different loading rates, including microstructural changes at interfaces and failure envelops of various binder components. The results agreed with predictions from the Bell’s analytical theory on interfacial behavior at different loading rates.
