WTC2023 平行论坛 | 桥梁疲劳断裂和长寿命设计与运维论坛

一、论坛背景

近年来,桥梁疲劳断裂病害增长较快,诱发的工程事故时有发生,危及桥梁运营安全。随着双碳战略推进,低碳、绿色是可持续性发展的主题,桥梁建设与运维要切合双碳目标,通过科学维护合理延长既有桥梁服役寿命,新建桥梁应采用长寿命设计理念,为双碳交通基础设施建养提供技术支撑。桥梁疲劳断裂和长寿命设计与运维已成为国内外桥梁工程界关注的热点,因此聚焦重大工程需求与技术挑战,及时梳理最新科研进展、明确发展方向,推动桥梁疲劳断裂基础性研究,促进长寿命设计理论与技术创新,对提升桥梁安全性与耐久性、服务交通强国建设和推进双碳战略的实施具有重要意义。本论坛将围绕桥梁疲劳断裂与损伤机理,桥梁疲劳智能监测、评估与维护新技术,长寿命桥梁设计理论与智能建造等主题展开交流与讨论。

“桥梁疲劳断裂和长寿命设计与运维”平行论坛由长安大学王春生教授召集,论坛秘书由苏州科技大学翟慕赛博士担任。

【专家简介】长安大学二级教授,主要从事钢桥与组合结构桥梁、桥梁耐损性设计方法与安全维护技术、长寿命强韧性桥梁研究与应用。发表高水平学术论文100余篇,出版专著1部,授权发明专利10余项,主持、参编国家行业标准4部。获国家科技进步二等奖1项、中国公路学会科学技术特等奖2项(主持)、全国百篇优秀博士论文奖,入选国家“万人计划”科技领军人才。

【Introduction】Prof. Wang is a second-tier professor, and has mainly conducted researches and application on steel and composite structural bridges, damage resistance design methods and safety maintenance techniques for bridges, long-life high resilience bridges. He has published more than 70 high-quality papers, published 1 monograph, and obtained more than 10 invention patents. He took charge of and participated in the preparation of 4 national industrial technical specifications. He was awarded a second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 Science and Technology Special Award of China Highway Society (Principal person), and National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award. He was selected as National ten thousand people plan science and technology innovation leading talent.

【专家简介】李传习,男,二级教授,博导,湖南省“桥梁与建筑绿色建造与维护”重点实验室主任,国家级“新世纪百千万人才工程”人选,湖南省公路学会桥梁与隧道工程分会副理事长。主持了具有较大影响的各类特大型桥梁施工与控制技术研究50余座,主持“钢箱梁横隔板母材疲劳及CFRP加固提升的机理与寿命”等国家级科研课题7项,发表论文近400篇,出版著作3部,获发明专利10余项、国家科技进步二等奖2项、省科技进步一等奖4项等。

【Introduction】Chuanxi Li, male, professor, doctoral supervisor, director of the key laboratory of “Green Construction and Maintenance of Bridges and Buildings” of Hunan Province, candidate of the national talents project, vice president of Bridge and Tunnel Engineering Branch of Hunan Highway Society. Presided over more than 50 research projects on construction control and technology of various extra-large bridge with different characteristics and great influence in the world. Presided over 7 national scientific research projects, such as “Fatigue Life and Mechanism of Base Metal of Steel Box Girder Diaphragm and Strengthened by CFRP”. Published nearly 400 theses and 3 monographs, and won more than 10 invention patents, 2 second prizes of national scientific and technological progress, and 4 first prizes of provincial scientific and technological progress.

【专家简介】工学博士,扬州大学教授、中南大学兼职教授、广州市杰出产业人才、中国公路学会标准专家委员会委员。长期从事交通建筑领域建造、维养、管理技术和结构安全保护新材料工程化研究,取得发明专利等知识产权成果50多项,省部级科技进步特等奖、一等奖等10多项,出版学术专著8部,6项成果入库交通运输部交通运输领域重大技术创新。

【专家简介】王本劲,同济大学/根特大学(比利时)土木工程博士,现任同济大学航空航天与力学学院助理教授。主要从事钢桥面板疲劳研究工作,关注疲劳裂纹行为,结构性能演化及可靠性分析。发表SCI/EI论文20余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、上海市科委面上项目等,作为主要研究人员参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等项目,入选2020-2022中国公路学会青年人才托举工程被托举人。

【Introduction】Benjin Wang, who got his Ph.D. from Tongji University/Ghent University (Belgium), is an assistant professor at the School of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics, Tongji University. His research interest is mainly about the fatigue of orthotropic steel decks, with emphases on the crack behaviors, the structural performance evolution and the reliability. He has published more than 20 SCI/EI papers. He worked as the principal investigator of the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project, China Postdoctoral Fund Project, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Project, and participated in several NSFC projects and the National Key Research and Development Program as the main researcher. He was selected in 2020-2022 Young Talent Lifting Project of China Highway & Transportation Society.

【专家简介】蒋超,东南大学博士后,主要从事桥梁钢结构疲劳与腐蚀疲劳相关方向的研究。本科毕业于东南大学,毕业于同济大学。目前主持国家青年基金一项。

【Introduction】Dr. Jiang, PostDoctoral at C.S. Cai’s lab in Southeast University. His research focuses on the fatigue and corrosion fatigue analysis of the steel bridge components. Jiang received his B.S. in Southeast University in 2014 and Ph.D. in Tongji University in 2020. Jiang is currently leading one research project funded by NSFC.

【专家简介】杨海波,山东农业大学水利土木工程学院副教授,为哈尔滨工业大学空间结构研究中心、先进焊接与连接国家重点实验室、美国密歇根大学董平沙教授研究团队骨干成员,从事焊接结构超长寿命服役的理论基础、焊接结构疲劳损伤与断裂、正交异性钢桥面板多构造细节多失效模式准确预测、焊接结构多轴应力状态分析与疲劳失效寿命预测、焊接结构轻量化设计与制造等研究,担任Materials客座编辑,发表高水平论文10余篇。

【Introduction】Yang Haibo, associate professor in college of water conservancy and civil engineering in Shandong Agricultural University, is the key group member of Space Spatial Research Center, Advanced key Laboratory of Welding and Connecting in HIT, and research group of Professor Dong Pingsha in Umich. He majors in the research filed of fundamental theory of ultra-long-life service of welded structures, fatigue damage and fracture of welded joints, accurate prediction of multi-type details and multiple failure modes of orthotropic steel bridge decks, multiaxial stress state analysis and failure life evaluation of welded joints, and lightweight design and manufacturing of welded structures. He has published more than ten articles in Int. J. Fatigue, Theo Applied Frac. Mec., Fatigue Frac. Eng. Mat. Struc. etc.

【专家简介】李成,桥梁结构健康与安全国家重点实验室,高级工程师。主要从事桥梁结构安全监测、结构损伤识别、车辆荷载识别(BWIM)、桥梁智能运维等领域研究工作。先后主持了坦桑尼亚基甘博尼斜拉桥健康监测系统、武汉城市桥梁智慧管理等10多项工程项目。发表SCI/EI/中文核心文章共12篇,获发明专利授权5项,实用新型2项。获得中国振动工程学会科学技术奖一等奖1项、中铁大桥局科技进步特等奖、一等奖、二等奖共4项。

【Introduction】Li Cheng, State Key Laboratory of Bridge Structural Health and Safety, Senior Engineer, Highway and Waterway Testing & Inspection Professionals. Mainly engaged in bridge structure health monitoring(BSHM), bridge structural damage identification(NSDI), bridge weight in motion (BWIM), bridge inspect with moving scanning, bridge intelligent operation and maintenance and disaster prevention and mitigation of research work. He has presided over more than 10 engineering projects such as Tanzania's Kigamboni cable-stayed bridge health monitoring system and Wuhan urban bridge intelligent management system. As the first author, he published a total of 12 articles, and obtained 5 invention patents and 2 utility models as the main inventor. 【专家简介】翟慕赛,工学博士,苏州科技大学土木工程学院讲师,2017年毕业于长安大学桥梁与隧道工程专业,主要从事钢桥疲劳损伤与维护、桥梁长期性能等方向的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等纵向科研项目4项,发表论文20余篇,授权发明专利2项,参与编制交通部行业标准1部、团体及地方标准2部;参与完成的1项成果入选交通部重大科技创新成果库,获中国公路学会科学技术特等奖1项。

【Introduction】Dr. Zhai Musai is a lecturer in School of Civil Engineering at Suzhou University of Science and Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering from Chang’an University in 2017. Dr. Zhai is engaged in the research work of steel bridge fatigue damage and maintenance, bridge long-term performance, etc. He has been in charge of 4 scientific research projects, such as the Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Youth Project of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province. He has published more than 20 academic papers, and has obtained 2 national authorized invention patents. One achievements he participated in was selected into the Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Database of the Ministry of Transport, and he has won the Special Prize of Science and Technology of China Highway Society.

【专家简介】Eugen Brühwiler教授毕业于瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH),具有美国科罗拉多大学博士后经历。Eugen Brühwiler教授1995年受聘为瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院(EPFL)教授,致力于超高性能纤维混凝土(UHPFRC)的开发和应用、桥梁的疲劳、桥梁结构安全监测与评估、文物桥梁保护、桥梁耐久性与疲劳寿命评估等,已在国际核心学术刊物上发表论文百余篇,出版著作1部,参与多部规范编制。

【Introduction】Professor Eugen Bruhwiler is a graduate of ETH (Federal Institute of Technology Zurich), Switzerland, and has postdoctoral experience at the University of Colorado. Eugen Bruhwiler word as a Professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) since 1995. Professor Bruhwiler committed to the development and application of UHPFRC, bridge fatigue, bridge structure safety monitoring and evaluation, cultural relic bridge protection, bridge durability and fatigue life assessment. He has published more than 100 papers in international core academic journals, published a book, participated in the preparation of several specifications.

【专家简介】主持多项纵向科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家重点研发计划子课题、广东省重点研发项目子课题等。发表期刊论文80余篇,其中SCI和EI收录论文66篇,出版英文专著2部,中文专著1部。并获得中国公路学会科学技术特等奖“长寿命高性能钢桥结构体系、设计理论与建造关键技术”(排名5)、江苏省科学技术奖一等奖“大跨钢桥疲劳损伤诊断与修复关键技术及应用”(排名2);并入选“同济大学青年英才计划”。

【Introduction】Xu Jiang, Ph.D graduated from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. Research field is rehabilitation of steel and composite bridges using CFRP and SMA strips and evaluation of mechanical performance of in-service bridges. More than 80 scientific papers were published in journal papers. Many research results are utilized in long-span bridge projects, such as Sutong Bridge, Chongqi Bridge, Hangzhou Bay Bridge and so on.

She was a visiting scholar in the department of civil and environmental Engineering, UC Davis, CA, USA , from 2014 to 2015. Her research interest includes structure fatigue and fracture behavior, bridge structural reliability and failure risk assessment, structural health assessment and management strategy.

【Introduction】Boshan Zhang is an assistant professor of the College of Civil Engineering at Tongji University, who has received doctoral degrees from Tongji University and Vienna University of Technology. Zhang is mainly engaged in the research fields of safety assessment and evaluation of bridges, and multi-scale analysis of materials and structures. Zhang has gained grants for research projects sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Sailing Program, and has led research work on a major engineering application project.

【专家简介】北京交通大学桥梁工程系副教授,主要从事在役桥梁长期性能及风险评估方面的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划任务等科研项目10余项。在国内外高水平学术期刊与会议上发表学术论文40余篇。研究成果应用于五峰山长江大桥、江阴长江大桥、杭州湾跨海铁路大桥等大型桥梁工程中,获中国交通运输协会科学技术奖一等奖一项,中国公路学会科学技术奖二等奖一项。

【Introduction】Associate Professor of the Department of Bridge Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University. Mainly engaged in the research of in-service bridge long-term performance and risk assessment. Has been in charge of more than ten scientific research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project and the National Key Research and Development Program; and published more than 40 academic papers in high-level academic journals and conferences worldwide. The research results have been applied to large-scale bridge projects such as the Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge, the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, and the Hangzhou Bay Railway Bridge; and won first prize in the China Communications and Transportation Association Science and Technology Award once and second prize of China Highway Society Science and Technology Award once.

【专家简介】郑祥隆,男,1990年7月生,浙江瑞安人;博士,高级工程师。2018年毕业于浙江大学,桥梁与隧道工程专业(直接攻博);曾就职于浙江省交通运输科学研究院从事桥梁方向科研工作;目前为浙大设计院与浙江大学联合培养博士后。迄今,发表SCI收录论文5篇、EI收录论文3篇;授权发明专利1项;获浙江省科学技术进步奖二等奖1项(排名6/9);承担国自然青年科学基金项目1项。

【Introduction】Dr. Zheng Xianglong (1990-), 2018 graduated from Zhejiang University with a degree in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering, currently is joint-education postdoctoral fellow engaged in bridge durability and fatigue research at UAD and Zhejiang University. Now is in charge of a project of National Natural Science Foundation for Youth, and has published 5 papers in Scientific Citation Index and 3 in Engineering Index, and also is one of the winners of 2020 Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award (second prize).
