【专家简介】现任中国公路学会副理事长兼秘书长，2019年5月起担任国际道路联盟副主席；曾任第八、九届全国青联委员。先后撰写数百万字文章，主持编写《中国路谱》、《中国桥谱》等多部重要著作，主持“农村公路养护管理财政政策”、“高速公路管理体制”等多项重要课题研究工作。长期从事学会工作，2017年带领中国公路学会组织举办了世界交通运输大会，组织发起“一带一路国际交通联盟”，策划成立了未来交通研究所等一系列大型活动。

【Introduction】He is currently the vice president and secretary-general of China Highway Society, and has been the vice chairman of the International Road Alliance since May 2019; He was a member of the 8th and 9th National Youth Federation. He has successively written millions of words of articles, presided over the compilation of many important works such as China Road Manual and China Bridge Manual, and presided over the research work of many important topics such as "financial policies for rural road maintenance management" and "highway management system". He has been engaged in the work of the society for a long time. In 2017, he led the China highway society to organize and hold the world transportation conference, organized and launched the "the Belt and Road international transportation alliance", planned and established a series of large-scale activities such as the future Transportation Research Institute.

【Introduction】Lu Jun, male, Han Chinese, born in Dangyang, Hubei Province, graduated from Central China Normal University with a degree of Master of Science, and is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. He served as deputy mayor of Yichang, member of the Leading Party Members' Group of Yichang Municipal People’s Government, deputy secretary-general of Hubei Provincial People’s Government, and member of the Leading Party Members' Group of Hubei Provincial People’s Government. Currently, he is party secretary and chairman of Hubei Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd.

【Introduction】CHENG Risheng, PhD, Professor of Engineering, Party secretary and chairman of Henan Transport Investment Group Co., Ltd.(HATI). As a deputy of the 14th Henan Provincial People's Congress and a national model worker, Mr.Cheng has been working in the transport system for a long time and has rich working and managerial experience in the transport industry. As a high-quality cadre with dual characteristics of technical expert and management talent, Mr.Cheng is leading HATI to play a main role in assisting the construction of a strong transportation province, consolidating the location advantages of transportation, and building a comprehensive transportation system.

【Report Summaries】As the largest platform of transport infrastructure investment and financing in Henan Province, HATI actively plays a leading role in construction of transport infrastructure area. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, HATI has undertaken almost all the construction tasks of the “13445 Project” of Henan's expressways, with a total mileage of nearly 3,500 kilometers and a total investment of nearly 500 billion yuan. While focusing on the driving role of transportation investment, HATI is committed to the construction of high-quality projects by deeply implementing the new development concept HATI has built a number of excellent projects in national, ministerial, and provincial levels and provides a strong transportation support for the implementation of the advantage reconstruction strategy in Henan Province by comprehensively promoting the high-quality construction to a higher standard.

【专家简介】华中科技大学教授、博士生导师。教育部长江学者特聘教授，国家杰青、优青。北京航空航天大学经济管理学院博士毕业，2006-2008年在复旦大学管理学院从事博士后研究，2004-2011年间在香港理工大学访问、工作。主要研究包括交通基础设施投资决策、交通经济学、区域科学等。主持了国家杰青、优青、重点项目，国家社科基金重大项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才项目、全国百篇优博专项基金、霍英东青年教师基金等科研项目。

【Introduction】Dr. Li is a professor of Transport Operations and Urban Economics at the Huazhong University of Science & Technology, China. He was awarded as Cheung Kong (Changjiang) Scholar from Ministry of Education China (2016) and Distinguished Young Researcher from NSFC (2015), respectively. He obtained his MSc in Applied Mathematics from Central South University of China in 2002, and PhD in Transport Operations from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics in 2006, respectively. Between 2006 and 2011, he worked as a Research Associate and a post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
