一、论坛背景

随着我国城市化进程的大力推进和建设"美丽中国"目标的全面实施,对城市基础设施的建设品质也提出越来越高的要求。人行桥和景观桥作为其中重要的组成部分,其建设应以人为核心、以提高质量为导向,并最终能为城市代言,彰显城市的文化底蕴与精神风貌。今年召开的世界人行桥与景观桥创新发展论坛可谓恰逢其时、恰逢其势。论坛旨在展示世界人行桥与景观桥设计理论与设计技术的最新发展成果,围绕“人、城市、桥梁与景观”主题,重点介绍城市桥梁工程美学、建筑文化与结构技术的融合、景观桥梁的结构美学实现、人行桥及景观桥对于城市空间功能、环境景观的重构与再生等方面的研究进展,为景观桥工程领域的专家和学者们搭建一个可以共享、交流与合作的高端学术平台。

With the vigorous promotion of China's urbanization process and the comprehensive implementation of the goal of building a "Beautiful China", higher and higher requirements are also put forward for the construction quality of urban infrastructure. Pedestrian bridges and landscape bridges, as important components, should be built with a human centered approach and oriented towards improving quality, ultimately endorsing the city and showcasing its cultural heritage and spiritual landscape. The World Pedestrian and Landscape Bridge Innovation and Development Forum held this year is at the right time and in line with its momentum. The forum aims to showcase the latest development achievements in the design theory and technology of pedestrian and landscape bridges around the world, focusing on the theme of "people, cities, bridges and landscapes". It focuses on introducing the aesthetics of urban bridge engineering, the integration of architectural culture and structural technology, the implementation of structural aesthetics of landscape bridges, the research progress of pedestrian and landscape bridges in urban spatial functions, and the reconstruction and regeneration of environmental landscapes, Build a high-end academic platform for experts and scholars in the field of landscape bridge engineering to share, exchange, and collaborate.

【专家简介】建筑学家,中国工程院院士。现任华南理工大学建筑学院名誉院长,建筑设计研究院首席总建筑师,教授,博士生导师。全国第九、第十届政协委员,建国70周年“全国最美奋斗者”获得者,获教育部“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”称号。长期从事建筑设计、教学和研究工作,创立"两观三性"建筑论,坚持中国特色创作道路,探索出产、学、研三结合发展模式,主持设计了一大批有影响的优秀作品,先后获国家和省部级优秀设计一二等奖200多项

【Introduction】architect, professor, doctorial supervisor, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, is now the Honorary Dean of School of Architecture, South China University of Technology (SCUT), and the Chief Architect of Architectural Design and Research Institute of SCUT (ADRISCUT). He has been long engaged in architecture design, teaching and research, and developed the architectural theory of Two Concepts (holistic and sustainable concepts) and Three Features (place, culture and time). He has been pursuing the architectural creation with Chinese characteristics, and founded an approach that integrates the design practices, teaching and research.

【报告精华】从历史上看,无论西方的石头神庙、教堂,抑或东方的木构屋宇,建筑与结构始终是一个密不可分的整体系统。随着人类社会进入近现代工业文明时代,结构专业从建筑中分化出来成为一个独立的学科门类,即便如此建筑与结构依然是一个密不可分的整体,一个好的建筑往往是建筑文化和艺术与结构技术交融的产物。 建筑的发展离不开技术的演进,结构成就建筑之美。同时建筑文化往往赋予了结构技术以灵魂,城市与建筑的发展都离不开文化的作用。

【Report Summaries】Historically, whether it is a stone temple or church of the West, or a wooden house of the East, architecture and structure have always been an inseparable system. As human society has entered the era of modern industrial civilization, the structure major has differed from architecture and become an independent discipline. Even so, architecture and structure are still an inseparable whole, and a good architecture is often a mixture of architectural culture, art and structural technology. The development of architecture is inseparable from the evolution of technology, and the structure achieves the beauty of architecture. At the same time, architectural culture often ensouls the structural technology, and the development of cities and buildings is inseparable from the role of culture.

【专家简介】工学博士,教授,中国勘察设计协会市政工程分会常务理事,中国勘察设计协会高等学校分会市政交通学术委员会主任。先后赴德国、美国等地学习,主持2022北京冬奥会重大保障项目延崇高速公路太子城景观桥等项目规划设计,主持《景观桥梁美学实现的设计理论与关键技术研究》,获得等省部级优秀设计奖20多项,教育部科技发明一等奖1项,以第一作者发表SCI、EI等论文20多篇,著有《跨越的风景》等专著。

【Introduction】Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Executive Director of Municipal Engineering Branch of China Engineering& Consulting Association, Director of Municipal Transportation Academic Committee of University and College Branch of China Engineering & Consulting Association.Prof.Ding went to study in United States and Germany successively. He took charge of the planning and design project of “Ice-Rings” Bridge, Chongli, Yanchong Expressway, and the research project “Design Theory and Key Technology Research on Landscape Bridge Aesthetic Realization”. He won more than 20 provincial and ministerial excellent design awards, one first prize of Science and Technology Invention Award of the Ministry of Education. He published more than 20 papers in SCI, EI as the first author, and one monograph called “Beautiful Scenery of Bridges"

【专家简介】Marc MIMRAM先生1955年出生于巴黎,拥有数学、哲学、建筑学和结构工程的硕士学位。他的作品注重建筑学与工程学的紧密结合,以形成体现工程美学、融合地域文化的结构精美的建筑作品。他在法国和其他一些国家开展了大量建、构筑物的设计。他不仅多次获得专业领域的奖项,也获得了法国最高荣誉骑士勋章、国家功勋骑士勋章和文学艺术骑士勋章等荣誉。

【Introduction】Born in Paris in 1955, Marc Mimram holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics, Philosophy, Architecture and Engineering. His work is concerned as much with the architecture as with the conception of structures: constructed structures, those of structural works and of territorial development. He has completed a large number of civil engineering structures and architectural projects in France and abroad. He got not only many professional awards, but also honors of Officier de la Légion d’honneur, Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite and Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres.

【报告精华】对桥梁等市政基础设施应持积极态度。除了满足交通功能,还可以赋予它公共空间的使用功能。需以建筑师和工程师的双重身份开展设计,令桥梁设施从更多方面服务于城市或环境。项目设计必须与当地背景(历史、文化、自然环境)相契合,桥梁便是横跨河流之上的散步露台, 道路便是可以浏览当地风貌的长廊。在项目设计演化过程中不能只关注技术价值,而是要悉心考量项目的环境景观设计、基于结构美学的外型设计及高品质共享空间的营造等。

【Report Summaries】We take a positive look on the infrastructure. Beyond usage, it is an appropriated and shared space which can always be enhanced. Our experience and knowledge gained as Architects and Engineers, allows us to develop, based on the infrastructure, projects that release themselves from constraints to offer generous urban or territorial situations. Here, the project must also find its coherence in the study of the local scale, in the course of an informed historical geography. Thus, the bridge becomes a balcony for a stroll on the river, the road a passage through the textures of geography. We have to find the qualities that are sensible to the consideration of the project’s landscape, the constructed qualities of structural works, and the qualities sharing the public forum.

【专家简介】工学博士,正高级工程师,毕业于中南大学,现任林同棪国际大湾区创新中心总经理,主要从事城市桥梁建设的规划、设计、咨询等相关技术服务工作,尤其对结合城市空间营造的桥梁选型设计和方案创作有着丰富的经验。从业十余年来,为重庆、澳门、深圳等十余个城市提供了二十余座特色桥梁的设计及技术服务工作。先后获得省部级优秀工程勘察设计奖10项,教育部科技进步奖1项,发表学术论文10篇,申请专利5项,参编译著一部。

【Introduction】Professor senior engineer, is currently the general manager of TYLin International Innovation Center in the Greater Bay Area. Dr.Tao mainly engaged in urban bridge’s planning, design, consulting and related technical services, especially for the scheme design of the bridge. Dr.Tao has completed the design and technical services of more than 20 characteristic bridges for the city of Chongqing, Marco, Shenzhen, Changsha etc. Dr.Tao has won 10 Provincial and Ministerial Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Awards,and one Science and Technological Invention Award of Ministry of Education, has published 10 scientific and technological papers about Bridge Engneering,and participated in the compilation of one translation work.Dr.Tao has 5 utility model patents too.

【Report Summaries】Bridges have become not only an infrastructure carrier that crosses spatial barriers, but also play an increasingly conspicuous role in creating a beautiful and comfortable urban space. 【专家简介】教授级高级工程师,工学博士,现任同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司副总工程师。从事桥梁工程设计与研究30余年,一直处于专业技术前沿,负责或主持设计了多项特大型桥梁工程,包括跨东海、长江、黄浦江、赣江、汾河等大桥;在大跨度桥梁、跨江海大桥、组合结构桥梁、城市景观性桥梁、高架立交等方面实践经验丰富;获得科技进步奖、优秀设计与咨询奖等约30项。

【Introduction】Mr. Qing’er Deng, professor-level senior engineer and doctor of engineering, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Engineer of Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd.Specialized in the design and research of bridge projects for more than 30 years, Prof. Deng has, ahead of the curve of professional technology, taken charge of or presided over the design of a number of super-large bridge projects, including bridges across the East China Sea, Yangtze River, Huangpu River, Ganjiang River, Fenhe River and other rivers, accumulated a wealth of practical experience in building long-span bridges, bridges across rivers and seas, steel-concrete composite bridge, urban landscape bridges and overhead viaducts, etc., and received about 30 awards such as the Science and Technology Progress Award, Outstanding Design and Consulting Award, etc.

【报告精华】随着建桥技术的发展及对美好环境要求的提高,城市人行桥早已超越过街天桥的传统范畴,呈现出大跨、美观、结构精巧的特征。以数座已建成的大跨人行桥及车行桥为例,介绍了桥梁建设环境、功能需求、方案构思、以及结构设计,对功能、美学与桥梁结构的统一展开了探讨。

【Report Summaries】Thanks to the development of bridge-building technology as well as the increasingly higher requirements for beautiful scenery, urban footbridges, already beyond the traditional category of simple overpass, take on the features of long span, beautiful appearance and exquisite structure. With several completed long-span footbridges and vehicular bridges listed as examples, this presentation gives an introduction to the construction environment, functional requirements, scheme conception as well as structural design of bridges, and explores the unification of functions, aesthetics and bridge structure.

【专家简介】公司首席专家,获国务院政府特殊津贴、年度十大桥梁人物等称号。是我国湖北、贵州等首批建设的中西部山区穿越崇山峻岭、跨越深沟峡谷的多座悬索桥、斜拉桥、拱桥、超高墩连续刚构桥的设计总负责人;也是湖北白洋长江大桥、燕矶长江大桥、枝江长江大桥等跨江大桥的设计总负责人,获国家科技进步二等奖1项、国际桥梁奖1项、詹天佑奖3项、国家优质工程奖2项、省政府科技进步一等奖3项、省部级科技进步特等奖3项、一等奖4项。

【Introduction】Chief expert of the company, is the chief designer of the first batch of suspension bridges, cable-stayed bridges, arch bridges and super-high pier continuous rigid frame bridges built in Hubei, Guizhou and other central and western mountainous areas in China. He is also the chief designer of Hubei Baiyang Yangtze River Bridge, Yanji Yangtze River Bridge and Zhiiang Yangtze River Bridge, and has made many bridge innovations that are the first in China and even the best in the world. He has obtained one invention patent of the United States, 10 invention patents of China, published 3 monographs and has won 1 National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, 1 International Bridge Award, 3 Zhan Tianyou Awards, 2 National Quality Engineering Awards, 3 Provincial Government Science and Technology Progress First Prize, 3 Provincial Ministry Science and Technology Progress Special Prize and 4 First Prize.

【Report】System, Function and Landscape of Super-long Span Suspension Bridge with Four Main Cables with Different Sags

【报告精华】湖北燕矶长江大桥是一座集高速公路与城市道路功能一体的双层交通大跨度桥梁。为减小桥梁建设对长江航运的影响和南塔避让襄樊广济断裂带的需要,跨江主桥采用1860m悬索桥。大桥临近机场,航空限高导致主塔高度受限、主缆垂跨比偏小、主缆规模偏大。为此,设计对新型结构体系、城市功能、关键构造、巨型构造物与环境的协调性等进行深入研究,提出了不同垂度四主缆悬索桥方案。本报告简要介绍大桥的创新体系与功能、景观设计思路。

【Report Summaries】Hubei Yanji Yangtze River Bridge is a long-span bridge with double-deck traffic, which integrates the functions of expressway and urban road. In order to reduce the influence of bridge construction on Yangtze River shipping and the need for South Tower to avoid Xiangfan-Guangji fault zone, a 1860m suspension bridge is adopted as the main bridge across the river. As the bridge is close to the airport, the height of the main tower is limited, the vertical span ratio of the main cable is too small, and the scale of the main cable is too large. For this reason, the design deeply studied the new structural system, urban functions, key structures, the coordination between giant structures and the environment, and put forward a four-main cable suspension bridge scheme with different sags. This report briefly introduces the innovative system, functions and landscape design ideas of the bridge.
