【专家简介】翁孟勇,中国公路学会理事长。曾任交通运输部党组副书记、副部长,负责交通运输部常务工作,分管综合规划、国际合作等方面工作,长期从事交通运输发展战略规划的管理以及综合运输、现代物流等领域的研究和实践,曾主编《发展现代化交通运输业》等专著,发表了《推进综合交通发展的若干思考》等多篇学术论文,参与和直接组织制定“十五”至“十三五”时期我国交通运输发展规划,参与国家“十一五”“十二五”规划的编制、《交通强国战略》等一系列国家重大战略的制定和国家一系列重大课题研究,是我国交通运输改革、发展、转型、创新的亲历者、见证者和实践者。
【Introduction】Mr. Mengyong Weng is the Chairman of China Highway & Transportation Society, and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport, incharge of comprehensive planning, international cooperation, etc. He has been engaged in the management of transportation development strategy planning, as well as the research and practice of integrated transportation, modern logistics, etc. for a long time. He has edited monographs such as "developing Modern Transport Industry" and published many academic papers such as "some thoughts on promoting Comprehensive Transport Development", and has directly organized and participated in the research and compilation work on China's transportation development plans from China’s 10th Five-Year Plan Period till the 13th Five-Year Plan Period, and has participated in the compilation of China’s 11th and 12th Five-Year Plans, as well as the research of a series of major national consulting projects such as "Strategic Research on Building China's Strength in Transportation".He is personal experiences, witnesses and practitioners of reform, development, transformation and innovation of transport in China.

【专家简介】周海涛,中国公路学会副理事长,曾任交通运输部总工程师。工学学士,高级工商管理硕士。从业40多年来,先后主持完成了交通部《国道主干线系统规划》等规划研究项目。主持完成了港珠澳大桥等重大工程建设可行性研究项目。参与完成了杭州湾大桥等多座大桥的设计工作。参与完成了深中通道、港珠澳大桥等重大工程建设。主持编写了交通部《公路项目安全性评价指南》。主持研究了交通运输部《汶川地震灾后重建公路抗震减灾关键技术研究》等科研项目。1996年获得国务院政府特殊津贴。1999年获得成绩优异(正高)高级工程师。获得公路学会科学技术奖特等奖、一等奖等。曾担任多所大学兼职教授。
【Introduction】Zhou Haitao, Vice President of China Highway & Transportation Society, was formerly the Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Transport. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a EMBA. Over the past 40 years, he has made remarkable achievements. For example, he has presided over and completed planning and research projects such as the National Highway Trunk Line System Planning of the Ministry of Transport. He has presided over and completed the feasibility study project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and other major projects. He has participated in the completion of the design of many bridges, including the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. He has participated in the completion of major engineering construction, such as the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. He has presided over the preparation of the Guidelines for Safety Audit of Highway and the research of Research on Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Mitigation Key Technology of Reconstruction Highway after Wenchuan Earthquake in the Ministry of Transport. He was awarded the State Council Government Special Allowance in 1996. In 1999, he was awarded Senior Engineer with excellent performance. He has won the special prize and first prize of science and technology award awarded by China Highway & Transportation Society. He served as an adjunct professor at several universities.

【专家简介】主管铁路建设、科技和信息化工作。牵头提出智能高铁“模数驱动、轴面协同”理论,创建技术—数据—标准三位一体的智能高铁体系架构,攻克智能建造、装备、运营等领域关键技术,主持建成世界首条智能高铁——京张高铁。曾获国家科技进步二等奖两项、全国创新争先奖1项;省部级科学技术特等奖6项、一等奖5项;国际建筑智慧组织(bSI)特别成就奖、施工类大奖和交付类大奖;第十五届光华工程科技奖。出版著作4部,发表学术论文40余篇。
【Introduction】Wang Tongjun is in charge of railway construction, science and technology, and information technology. He has taken the lead in proposing the theory "coordinating the axis and plane and integrating models and data”of intelligent high-speed railway (IHSR for short), creating the technology-data-standard trinity of IHSR system architecture, overcoming the key technologies in the fields of intelligent construction, intelligent equipment, intelligent operation, etc., and presiding over the construction of the world's first IHSR — Beijing–Zhangjiakou high-speed railway. He has won two second prizes of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award, one National Innovation Excellence Award, six special prizes and five first prizes of the Ministerial and Provincial-Level Science and Technology Award, the Special Achievement Award、Category of Construction Award and Category of Handover Award of buildingSMART International(bSI), and the 15th Guanghua Prize of Engineering Science and Technology. He has published 4 books and more than 40 academic papers.

【报告精华】当前智能化已成为全球铁路发展的重要方向,中国铁路率先开展了智能高速铁路的系统研究,建成了世界首条智能高铁,开启了世界智能铁路建设的新篇章。报告系统阐述了智能高铁的科学内涵,提出了“模数驱动、轴面协同”理论,创建了“技术—数据—标准”三位一体的智能高铁体系架构,攻克了高铁智能建造、智能装备、智能运营等核心关键技术。最后介绍了依托京张高铁重大工程开展的智能高铁成套技术示范,以及智能高铁成果在其他线路的推广应用。
【Report Summaries】Currently, intelligentization has become an important direction of global railway development. China Railway has taken the lead in conducting systematic research on intelligent high-speed railway, building the world's first intelligent high-speed railway, and opening a new chapter in the construction of intelligent railway worldwide. The report systematically elaborates the scientific connotation of intelligent high-speed railway, proposes the theory of “coordinating the axis and plane and integrating models and data.”, creates the intelligent high-speed railway system architecture of “technology-data-standard”, and overcomes the significant technologies of high-speed railway, such as intelligent construction, intelligent equipment and intelligent operation. Finally, the report introduces the demonstration of complete sets of intelligent high-speed railway technologies based on the major project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, as well as the popularization and application of the achievements of intelligent high-speed railway in other lines.

【专家简介】Carlos Guedes Soares教授是葡萄牙工程院院士,里斯本大学高等技术学院(IST)的少数杰出教授之一,船舶与海洋工程协会(SNAME)会士,欧洲海洋技术协会(CEMT)杰出贡献奖获得者,美国机械工程师学会(ASME)终身成就奖获得者。2022全球前2%顶尖科学家。研究领域为船舶工程、海洋工程、交通运输工程、航海与海事技术等,主要研究船舶自主航行与智能化技术、船舶安全可靠性、航运风险分析、大型船舶水弹性等前沿热点问题。

【报告精华】报告综述了船舶温室气体排放所涉及的主要问题以及航运业在短时间内实现减排所面临的挑战。介绍了国际海事组织在这方面采取的行动,包括为减少排放和提高船舶推进效率而采取的监管措施。指出了与新型燃料相关的长期方案,以及一系列旨在减少温室气体排放的短期和中期战略。此外,介绍了国际海事组织为帮助量化船舶在设计和运营方面的改进而提供性能指标的举措。文中还就未来的发展提出了建议。
【Report Summaries】A review is provided of the main problems involved with the green house gas emissions of ships and the challenges for the shipping industry to reduce them in a relatively short timeframe. The actions of the International Maritime Organization in this respect are described, covering the regulatory measures leading to the reduction of emissions and the increased efficiency of ship propulsion. The long-term options associated with new fuel types are indicated, as well as the series of short term and medium-term strategies leading to the reduction of the emissions. The initiatives of the International Maritime Organization providing performance indices to help quantifying the improvements obtained in the design and in the operation of ships are also described. Suggestions are given about what could be the future evolution.

【Introduction】ZHANG Yangjun, Changjiang Scholar distinguished professor, currently serves as executive deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Green Vehicles and Mobility, chairman of the New Energy Power Committee of China Aerospace Power Federation, and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Fluid Machinery and Systems (IJFMS). Has won the 2013 and 2016 National Science and Technology Progress Awards, received the 2023 Distinguished Engineer Award in Asian Fluid Machinery Society, and became the first Chinese recipient of the Wright Brothers Medal (2019).

【报告精华】飞行汽车是指面向智慧立体交通的载运工具,主要包括电动垂直起降飞行器eVTOL和陆空两栖汽车两大类。飞行汽车发展主要面临载荷航程、智能驾驶和适航安全三大瓶颈问题,需要突破动力、平台和交通三大核心技术。飞行汽车将开启包括城市空中交通和城乡空中交通的智能空中交通(IAM)新时代,是低空经济发展的主要载体和战略方向。智能空中交通与智能地面交通将融合发展为智慧立体交通,是新能源、人工智能、大数据和5G通讯等新技术应用的主要载体和场景,对经济社会具有全局带动和重大引领作用。
【Report Summaries】Flying cars refer to mobility vehicles aimed at intelligent three-dimensional mobility, mainly including electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL) and flyable road vehicles. The development of flying cars faces three major challenges: load and range, intelligent driving, and airworthiness safety. These challenges require breakthroughs in power, platform, and traffic core technologies. Flying cars will open a new era of intelligent air mobility (IAM), including urban air mobility (UAM) and rural air mobility (RAM). IAM is expected to become the primary carrier and strategic direction for the development of low-altitude economy. Combined with intelligent ground mobility, IAM will evolve into intelligent three-dimensional mobility, serving as the primary carrier and scenario for the application of new technologies such as new energy, artificial intelligence, big data, and 5G communication. It will play a significant role in driving and leading the overall economy and society.

【专家简介】麦克·卡塔皮诺于2016年起任澳大利亚交通研究中心(NTRO的首席执行官,此前他曾任澳大利亚沥青路面协会(AAPA总裁及昆士兰路政局总经理。他在道路和交通基础设施领域拥有超过35年的丰富经验,曾负责多项大型基础设施项目的实施和交付,并在科研创新和成果转化方面获得业界公认的成就。NTRO是为联邦、州及地方政府提供基础设施技术标准、全球最佳实践指导纲要,及技术创新成果转化的国家级智库。卡塔皮诺先生于英国詹姆斯库克大学获得土木工程学士,在诺丁汉大学完成了哲学硕士,还获得工商管理研究生学位。他同时拥有澳大利亚工程院院士、澳大利亚公司董事学会会士及澳大利亚仲裁与调解员协会资深会员等资格,在政府和产业界享有盛名。
【Introduction】Mr Michael Caltabiano was appointed Chief Executive of the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO) in November 2016. Prior to this he led the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads and the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association. Mr Caltabiano brings to the role of Chief Executive extensive experience in the flexible pavement and bituminous surfacing industry as well as the delivery of largescale infrastructure projects. Michael graduated from James Cook University with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering and completed a Master of Philosophy degree at Nottingham University in the UK. He has also gained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a qualified Company Director and Mediator. NTRO is a key organisation in the development of infrastructure standards and smarter more sustainable delivery outcomes for State and Federal Governments across Australia and New Zealand. Michael brings more than 35 years of experience, and great enthusiasm for the roads and transport sector with a particular focus on creating knowledge for tomorrows transport challenges and driving innovation to deliver an adaptable connected future. Michael is also a fellow member of FIEAust, FAICD, and a registered engineer RPEQ.

【专家简介】宋神友,广东深中通道管理中心主任、总工程师。14年来一直担任国家重点工程——深中通道项目总工程师,负责工程方案制定、工程技术管理及科研等工作。在世界首例双向八车道钢壳-混凝土沉管隧道及水下枢纽互通、世界最大跨离岸海中悬索桥等领域开展系统性创新,提出了钢壳—混凝土沉管隧道新结构,组织首创了多项重大工程装备,牵头研发形成了钢壳-混凝土沉管隧道、海中超大跨悬索桥等领域建造成套技术,多项原创技术破解了相关“卡脖子”技术难题,节约造价超过10亿元,促进了世界跨海工程技术进步。已取得授权发明专利32件,主编专著4部。获省部级科学技术奖特等奖4项,获交通行业科技创新领军人才、广东省“特支计划”科技创新领军人才、全国交通运输系统劳动模范等称号,是政协第十三届广东省委员会委员。
【Introduction】Song Shenyou currently serves as the Director and Chief Engineer of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Administration Center. For the past 14 years, Song Shenyou has served as the Chief Engineer of the national key project, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, overseeing the formulation of engineering schemes, engineering technology, and scientific research management. He has spearheaded systematic innovations in the construction of the world's first dual eight-lane steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnel and underwater interchange hub, as well as the world's largest offshore suspension bridge. Specifically, he initiated the development of a novel steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnel structure, pioneered several groundbreaking engineering equipment, and led the research and development of comprehensive construction techniques for steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnels and ultra-large span suspension bridges in the sea. These original technological advancements have resolved significant technological challenges, propelled the transformation and upgrading of industry equipment, revolutionized offshore immersed tube tunnel construction methods, and contributed to the technological advancements in global cross-sea engineering. So far, he has obtained 32 authorized invention patents and edited 4 monographs. His achievements have been recognized with four Special Grand Prizes of the National Society's Science and Technology Awards. He has been awarded titles such as National Outstanding Engineer, Leading Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Transportation Industry, Guangdong Province's "Special Support Plan" Leading Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation, and National Model Worker in the Transportation System. Additionally, he serves as a member of the 13th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

【Report Summaries】Guided by the new development philosophy, Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link takes it as its responsibility to build a benchmark project for building a powerful transportation country. It has absorbed global wisdom, created ShenZhong management and technological innovation models, developed a number of world-first major engineering equipment, achieved the simultaneous progress of the three key controlling projects of the project, created " ShenZhong accuracy, ShenZhong compactness, ShenZhong speed", achieved high-quality construction of cross-sea cluster projects, and contributed Guangdong experience and Chinese solutions to the construction of cross-river and cross-sea transportation infrastructure.
