主要内容和创新点  

智能化步履式顶推技术及装备

基于工厂预制拼装技术与生物稳态行走自平衡原理,研制了集自平衡顶推、无人值守、智能决策算法、智能调位于一体的模块化装备。创造了桥梁智能化决策与控制的高效、高精度建造新技术,成为跨越既有线和深山峡谷桥梁的重要建造方法。本技术荣获十七届中国专利金奖和湖北省技术发明一等奖,总体达到国际领先水平,并已成功应用于贵州北盘江大桥、济南凤凰路黄河大桥、武汉沌口长江大桥和深中通道等近百个重大工程。

Product one: Intelligent stepping push technology and equipment Based on the factory prefabricated assembly technology and the principle of biological steady state walking self balance, a modular equipment integrating self balanced pushing, unattended, intelligent decision-making algorithm and intelligent adjustment is developed. It has created a new efficient and high-precision construction technology for intelligent decision-making and control of bridges, and has become an important construction method for bridges across existing lines and deep mountains and canyons. This technology has won the 17th China Patent Gold Award and the First Prize of Hubei Province for Technological Invention, and has generally reached the international leading level. It has been successfully applied to nearly 100 major projects, such as Guizhou Beipanjiang Bridge, Jinan Phoenix Road Yellow River Bridge,Wuhan Zhuankou Yangtze River Bridge, and Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.

一体化智能筑塔机

针对超高混凝土桥塔建设过程劳动力需求大、安全风险高、施工效率低、施工品质不高等问题,研发团队以“工厂化生产、装配化施工、智能化控制”为理念,提出将桥塔高空现场施工打造为多功能一体化的竖向移动工厂,研制了集大承载能力架体低位爬升、钢筋部品安装、混凝土自动布料和振捣、智能养护、混凝土外观质量监测、模板自动清理、应急避险等功能于一体的智能筑塔机,并将施工过程数据进行实时分析和可视化管理,构建了竖向类工厂作业条件,实现了塔柱施工进度 1.2m/ 天,减少操作人员近 60%,保障了建造品质和人员安全。

Product two: Integrated Intelligent Tower Construction Machine In view of the fact that the construction of super high concrete bridge towers faced with problems such as large labor demand, poor operating conditions, high safety risks, and low construction efficiency, the team based on the concept of "factory production, assembly construction and intelligent control", proposed concrete bridge tower vertical mobile factory construction method, developed a new type of integrated intelligent tower construction machine with functions of automatic concrete distribution and vibration, intelligent maintenance, appearance quality monitoring , automatic cleaning templates, emergency avoidance. The machine achieved construction progress of 1.2m/day, reducing operators by nearly 60%, ensuring quality and personnel safety.
